On, Off, Guitar? Guitar plugged into ME50 effects pedal
<t>So I have my shecter electric guitar hooked up to my ME-50 effects pedal, which is plugged into the input of the fantom g. I had it set to GUITAR, but then noticed some wierd "clipping" issues, although it wasnt really pops just mild distortion. If guitar is hooked up via an effects pedal, would ...

Re: while sampling ?
<t>with my workflow, I just sequence out all the different phrases like a song, I dont think you can mute/unmute during resampling. <br/> <br/> if youre going to convert it to a wav so you can listen to it in your stereo, dont forget to NORMALIZE the sample after you re-sample it and SAVE, otherwise...

Re: Move songs between projects...?
unfortunately I think the only way is to hook up the fantom to your computer via USB, and manually transfer the files from the fantom to the USB.

Re: song full.
<t>I ran into that when I first bought my fantom, before I upgraded the ram. It doesnt give you much space, maybe create a new project? I think with all those demo songs in the project that you load, even though you dont listen to those songs, they are still resident in RAM I believe. So if you crea...

Re: how to make my final recording sample louder.
the quick and dirty way to get the volume up, as indicated in the manual, after you do the resample to one file, is to then normalize it and save it again.
look at page 45 of the quick start manual

Laying down drums/kits properly, creatively
<t>hey so I was just wondering how everyone handles their drums, what i do is keep my synth bass on one midi track, kick and snare on another, and then hi-hats etc all on seperate midi tracks, I used to grid quantize my drums at 80% usually @ 1/16 or 1/8 so they dont sound robotic, but now ill recor...
