Does VR-730 sends MIDI with high trigger point?
That's an important issue for me as I'm going to use VR-730 a lot for controlling B3 VSTs.

The VR-09 does, and the VR-730 is feature-identical so it should as well.
Note that, in order to send high trigger over MIDI, you must select an internal organ sound, by itself. If you're playing any other internal sound (whether by itself, or split/layered with an organ sound), the MIDI switches to low trigger with velocity.
