Roland TD-7 Problem

Hello, everyone. My TD-7 is not work.It no power -6 V. out.(79L06 IC 23 on MB) Can I replace another IC example 79L05 or 79L08?

(I can repair my XP-50 by this website. And I think someone can help me for repair my TD-7.)
