MIDI channels within a Live Set

Hello! I just started playing around with using MIDI to control my Juno-Gi with my digital piano (so MIDI out from the digital piano and in to the Juno). This way, I can layer the piano sounds from the digital piano with sounds from the Juno Gi.

I'm wondering if there is any way to have a Live Set where some sounds receive MIDI and some don't (or receive on different channels)? Say that on the Juno I have an organ sound that I want to hear when I'm playing on the Juno keybed, but not when I play on the digital piano. Is this possible to do? As stated, I'm very new to this and still learning.
