MC-808 Questions and Answers

hi,
I'm new with the 808 and have a serious problem with recording patterns.
When I record a pattern that contains a 'kick' and some 'snares' and than record an other sound with the arpeggio button 'on' in this pattern, then my whole pattern gets messed up and gets distorted.
Anyone got an idea how to fix this?
thx in advance, and sorry for my bad english

ps: my OS = 1.02


*Edit* : I think I found a solution, has something to do with my Midi settings on the pc that were not correct.

Will a 43mm sized DIMM fit the 808?
I'm sort of in a hurry, so I already ordered one from PNY. But I got this response from them today when I sent them the specs listed in the FAQ:

In reviewing your message, our memory does conform to options you listed below, also be aware that the height of the memory is 43 MM, if you have not checked already please check with the maker of the device to make sure a 43MM module will physically fit, some devices require smaller height memory modules.
